SOYER welding studs and pins correspond to DIN EN ISO 13918 - 1998 and are suitable for manual and fully automatic feed.
Our welding studs have a cold-formed, calibrated ignition tip with an exacting toleran- ce in length and diameter. It is used to initiate the electric arc and control the welding time. Optimum welding results depend mainly on the precision of the ignition tip.
SOYER welding studs are principally equipped with a cold-formed flange. It prevents the electric arc from sparking to the cylindrical stud shaft and increases the welding area. This guarantees a high quality of stud welded joints.
SOYER welding studs have a cold-rolled thread as per DIN ISO 724, tolerance 6g.
Stud welded joints in the construction supervisory sector require the obligatory marking of conformity in accordance with construction regulation, construction product 4.8.17 and certificate of approval Z30.3-6 respectively. We meet this demand!
All SOYER stud supplies are labelled with the mark of conformity (Ü-mark)!
